it turned out it was the frames design, i discussed it with an iron horse representative. it was there so that when there was a derailler it made room for it, if you take a look at the picture again you will see it is on the derailleur side nd it is making room for it to shift in whichever direction it needs 2 without contact of the frame.

For 250, i would ket it, its a great shock, i just had bad luck. Plus your light so its gonna be hard for you to beat it to death.

The AC is some crazy bone in my shoulder, i disloacted it during my run when i ate it at crap chute.
